Stopping Manhattan women on the street

I really believe there are more beautiful women walking around during the day in Manhattan then any packed club in Meatpacking (I'm going to get some slack for that statement lol). I also think stopping a girl on the street, getting her to hook, having a convo that is deep enough to# close, or go on an insta-date is about as easy as getting a packing space in Manhattan.

I know a lot of guys here (as do I) go out around Union Sq. and other places were women are just lounging around (and not stressed out to get to the "important" appointment).

A note; opening girls around at night is way easier, as they are sometimes a little drunk, in a social mood, and usually in the mood for a little randomness and craziness.

What has worked for you guys opening girls walking down the street?

Today, I number closed a cutie in the train. She coincidentally sat next to me, I noticed her and after I saw her play with her phones video game I said "ooh tough game". She said "yeah I can't beat this level". We then talked for about two more stops.
Since it was my stop coming up I said "maybe i can help teach you some tricks"
She said "hmm, i'm not quiet there yet"
me "well, I'm just being subtle about asking you for your number"
her "if i had a nickel for everytime this happened to me" RESISTANCE
I just smiled a dennis the menace smile and "my stop is coming up, you're going to miss out"
She said " oh ok," gave me her number.

I've NEVER gotten a subway number- she was niiiice. 8.5

Now, I'm not sure how to proceeds since I only interacted w/ her for 5 minutes!
Thoughts anyone?

I'm thinking of texting her tomorrow and saying "hey lets ride together.. meet me at the first cart?, but before that we could grab a drink.."

No, don't try to be cheeky like that while asking for the d2. Try to get to know her over text a bit more. What I like to do is play a short game of questions, where I rapid fire ask them about inane things like favorite childhood cartoon, etc. If they ask why I'm doing it its 'to make sure they're not a weirdo'.

She'll show signs of being ready for a d2 over text.
